About Port of Kotor

Luka Kotor calls the town the third cruise destination in the Adriatic, after Venice and Dubrovnik, and says that sailing through the bay is a unique attraction in itself (portofkotor.com). The port publishes its cruise arrivals and its docking policy online. The old town, the cathedral of St Tryphon and the walls up to the fortress are right behind the quay; see our Podgorica guide for Montenegro.

Why it's on our list

  • Sail in through the UNESCO-listed bay
  • Old town behind the quay
  • Arrivals published by the port

Opening hours, prices and seasonal openings change, so please check with Port of Kotor before you go.
