Floating port

About Manaus

The Porto de Manaus calls itself the largest floating port in the world and has extended its Torres floating pier. It can handle four ships at once all year, and three more at high water on the Rio Negro.

Why it's on our list

  • Floating pier on the Rio Negro
  • Teatro Amazonas in the centre
  • End point of Amazon Grand Voyages

Opening hours, prices and seasonal openings change, so please check with Manaus before you go.
