Sedna’s menu is rooted in French technique and changes with the seasons and the regions the yacht visits. It is the setting for the Chef-in-Residence programme, whose exclusive tasting menus run alongside Sedna’s own, with a sommelier-led wine experience. Dinner from 6.30 to 9.30 pm; the dress is evening chic.
