Each ship has elegant main restaurants: the two-tiered Bloomsbury and Terrace on Bolette, Aurora and Borealis on Borealis and the Ballindalloch on Balmoral. Dinner is a five-course à la carte menu that changes each evening, with steaks, seafood, soups and pasta, an always-available list and occasional dishes from the region you are visiting.
