Seabourn’s spas offer massages, facials, detox, cleansing and wrap treatments, with newer additions such as the Restorative Salt Stone Massage and Thai Massage. The ocean-view gym and Motion Studio host yoga, meditation, TRX and stretch classes; the expedition ships have glass-walled saunas with ocean views. Treatments are charged.
