Each ship’s main restaurant on Deck 4 serves a Japanese set breakfast (or Western on SAKURA), lunch on sea days and, at dinner, a Japanese kaiseki-style meal or a Western course. On SAKURA the recipes carry on more than 35 years of NIPPON MARU’s kitchen.
