Sushi, created by Chef Anton Egger, has its own restaurant on Seabourn Ovation and Seabourn Encore; Seabourn Quest, Venture and Pursuit serve light sushi made to order in The Club each evening. Fresh fish is shipped from Japan for maki, sushi, sashimi and caviar.
