About Archipelago
Archipelago brings together three chefs, Bruno Barbieri, Hélène Darroze and Ángel León, in a single menu of 12 courses, with light and sound that change with every dish. The room is decorated with driftwood recovered in the Costa Cruises Foundation’s marine clean-ups, and part of the proceeds supports the Foundation.
