About Ambassador dress code
The Daily Programme suggests a mode of dress each evening. There are generally two formal or gala nights every 7–12 nights, when many gentlemen wear dinner jackets, though a lounge suit is quite acceptable; jeans, T-shirts and shorts are not permitted in the main restaurant on those evenings.
